Business Systems Analyst In this interesting and diverse role, you'll Be accountable for meeting organizational expectations regarding business solution delivery standards, solution quality, department satisfaction, and fiscal oversight.
Assists in trouble shooting all issues that come up with the differently used programs and processes.
Be accountable for establishing and revising level of effort estimations, monitoring task execution and meeting established project milestones.
Collaborate with multiple departments and Business Systems team to ensure the efficient elicitation and implementation of business solution, functional requirements and non-functional requirements.
Coordinates issue resolution with Vendors and/or cross-functional teams.
Provides timely and thorough communication regarding issue status / Resolution with the end-user and other key stakeholder.
Creates and maintains systems documentation (e.
g.
, Microsoft office, knowledge base articles) assists in developing and facilitating training.
Assist in general admin work to ensure job flow progresses.
Required Great understanding of Project Management, process mapping, and financial process experience Critical thinking Analytical, planning, and leadership skills Great relationship building and consulting skills Must be US resident no visa sponsorship Full-time, on-site position Monday through Friday Preferred but not required Experience with Buildertrend or other CRM's Experience in dealing with financials and financial KPI's Familiarity with QuickBooks, and other financial software Knowledge of Agile methodology or EOS Management System Financial modeling experience 4
