OUR OPPORTUNITY:
We are currently looking for motivated and skilled candidates to expand our dynamic production team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process of hardwood products, contributing to the production of premium-quality items that meet our high standards.
Candidates must have good communication, math, multi-tasking skills, as well as being able to perform physical labor.
Reliable transportation is crucial.
This position is paid hourly, and the work schedule will be Monday through Friday from 7:

Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain manufacturing machinery.
Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure product quality and consistency.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
Assist in packaging and labeling finished products for shipment.
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure equipment and work areas are well-maintained.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Report any issues, concerns, or suggestions to supervisors for continuous improvement.
Other duties as assigned.
SKILLS/
Qualifications:
Prior lumber mill/warehouse experience helpful Prior experience working with lumber milling equipment is a plus but not required.
We can offer training.
Must pass a physical, drug screening, and background check.
Forklift certification desired (not necessary).
Strong attendance and work ethic.
Positive and energetic attitude.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Physical stamina and ability to lift and handle materials as needed.
Available to work overtime and weekends, if needed Job Type:
