Our office has been in Lemoyne, PA for 109 years.
A successful Administrative Assistant at Lafferty Lumber must have excellent time management mastery, math skills, attention to detail, and independent motivation.
Having the capability of working in a team environment is important.
Position responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Accounts receivable, invoicing, processing delivery tickets, inventory control, contacting customers about deliveries, answer incoming calls, data entry, scanning documents, general filing, and other duties as necessary.
Proficient computing skills including Microsoft Office; Excel, and Word are required.
Having knowledge of Agility Business Software is a plus.
Dependable attendance/punctuality is important for this position, as well as being trustworthy, and having good judgement.
Hours are 8:
00 am to 4:
30 pm, Monday-Friday.
Benefits available after 90-day probation period.
Pay is negotiable depending on experience.
