This part-time position will be in the office 25-30 hours per week.
Responsibilities Perform office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies Manage agendas/appointments etc.
for 2 financial advisors Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters etc.
) Support banking and bookkeeping procedures Create and update records and databases for clients and the business Submit timely client reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned Assist advisors whenever necessary on various projects Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary Perform receptionist duties including greeting clients and answering phone calls Work with members of the office to develop and implement office policies and procedures on an ongoing basis Schedule client meetings Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements Provide other administrative support as necessary, including writing client occasion cards (birthday, sympathy, thank you, etc), preparing documents for meetings, maintaining current forms within files Responsible for carrying out all activities in accordance with policies, procedures, and regulatory organizations Skills Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Imperturbable with a positive attitude This position requires strong listening skills, exceptional attention to detail, an analytical approach to problem solving, the capacity to achieve targeted outcomes in a timely manner while working Ability to work independently and problem solve effectively Excellent organizational and leadership skills Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (Word, Excel, and Outlook) High school diploma; BS/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred What We Offer:
